Yes, although Vested Properties don't do finance, we are able put you in contact with brokers that can help you out.

How much will it cost me to get started?
A $500 deposit is all you need to get started, there are now 100% investor loans available that you can talk to your broker about.

Will the property be in my name?
Yes, this is not a property investment fund or group.

How do I keep an eye on the property when I live so far away?
A Property Manager. We organise a Property Manager to look after your property and find you tenants.

How will I know if construction is on time?
We will send you a construction report at the conclusion of each stage.
