It’s our pleasure to hold your hand right through construction of you new investment property by liaising with you and the builder to ensure everything runs smoothly. When there is 3 months left of construction we start contacting property managers to ensure that there is a tenant ready to move in when the keys are handed over to you. All questions and matters are treated with every importance, nothing is too small.

Our service doesn’t end after constructions has finished, we will continue to provide you with 3 monthly property performance reports of your area and after 12 months we recommend you get a valuation on your property. We then invite you to sit down with us to determine if you have the equity and cash flow to step into your next property.
