We sit with you to establish your financial goals, (How much money you would like to retire on? & How long is it going to take for you to begin your retirement debt free?) Once we have given you the knowledge it’s up to you to make the decision if you are ready to begin building your portfolio. Once clients have decided to begin their portfolio, they don’t often have time to be looking at individual properties, as we all know this can be a very time consuming exercise.

We source the property in particular areas of Australia through research and statistics that will grow per year higher than the national average of growth.

Most investment companies stop servicing you once you have purchased, as a company this its what we pride ourselves on. Once you have purchased a property, every 3 months we give you a property report on how your property has grown in value in the area and how the area as a whole is performing.

During the construction phase of your property, we liaise with the builder to make sure everything is running smoothly. They speak directly to us so that your daily life isn’t interrupted. Three months before construction is completed we are liaising with Property Managers in your area to make sure a tenant is ready to move in the day the keys are hand over. After 12 months, we invite you back to take a full comprehensive look at how your property has performed, we invite you to obtain a valuation on the property so that we can continuing duplicating properties through the equity you would have received in the last 12 months.
